Question Noise from CPU/COOLER?!

Is anyone able to tell me what this noise is please? I’ve ruled out psu by removing it and listening for the noise and maybe also gpu fans as the noise is present with them off any idea would be greatly appreciated thanks.
Also experiencing fps drops maybe related or a coincidence.

Put your finger on the AMD logo of the cooler,apply force until it stopped.
If the noise is still there after the cooler is not spinning,then you've ruled out it is not the cpu cooler.Dont let it be stopped for a long time,just long enough until you identify if the problem is the cooler..
Do the same for the GPU.
And also pretty much every other fan in your pc.

I clicked on the Twitter link and i can hear something,along side the cooler spining of course.

The gpu fans are not currently spinning when I’m at my desktop and the noise is still there. And I’ve just done as you suggested with the cpu cooler and the noise is still there it is like a buzz every second and it is not my other fans as I’ve listened for the nose using a rolled up piece of paper. Potentially my gpu?

Yes, a little intermittent squeaky noise. Probably a little coil whine.

I read that, however I am experiencing FPS drops I know amd recently brought new drivers out and I’ve installed them but couldn’t be to do with that could it?
