NON-ECC memory in ECC motherboard

Does anyone know if the ASRock EPC612D4I Mini ITX Server Motherboard LGA 2011-3 Intel C612 supports non-ecc memory and windows 10?

Did already download a read the motherboard manual from Asrock's website, and found the same information you replied with. I realize now that I should have also said that. But since Asrock does not list anything about Non-ecc memory or windows 10, it should be taken that they are simple not supported?
