Sorry for the dumb question, but can someone locate the North Bridge on my motherboard?

Here is a reference picture:

The reason i am asking this is because i am planning to watercool the board, which may prove to be hard with all those heat pipes.

What's the make/model of your board? You mobo manual will have a layout diagram which will show you exactly which one the Northbridge is.
 
First, if you don't know which chip is the northbridge, you aren't ready to water cool a board. Don't say I didn't warn you. Second, the chip is the one behind the PCIe 1x slot, and above the longer PCI slot. (if the CPU area is a clock, it would be the chip at 4 o'clock.)
