Not able to boot after raid0 setup as secondary drive

I have C drive running Windows 7 64bit system on a Gigabyte z97x-SLI MB. Today I tried to add 2 120GB SSD and setup RAID0 as a secondary drive, and leave the C drive unchanged.

After setting up RAID0 in the BIOS
, I am not able to boot into C drive. It always crashes after "starting windows" logo shows up. After I remove 2 SSD, the system returned to normal and booted up successfully.

I search online but found all of the solution is on how to install system on RAID0. But what I want is system on single drive, second drive on RAID0. Can someone help? Thanks!

How did you setup the raid?
