Hi, I own an i9-9900K and I bought a 360mm radiator with a custom loop ONLY FOR THE CPU (EK Fluid gaming A360G) to cool it.
But I have really high temps at stock clocks: When runing Aida 64for 10 minutes, it throttles in a 5-10%range. With tems really high. CPU at: 83º, CPU core 1: 90ª, CPU c2: 75ª, core 3: 98ª cpu cre 4:
100ª e.t.c

I think these tems are really high for a custom 360mm loop. What do you think? What could be causing the issue???

Hi,
Same undervolting and original conditions: 92º Max temp. (When running Aida 64 FPU for 5 minutes)
-Same undervolting, CPU block rotation and air bleeding the loop: Max temp. in 1 core of 90º (When running Aida 64 FPU for 5 minutes)

Tems has generaly come down (between 2-4º) when changing the block orientation e.t.c
Temps are really high though, but I haven´t installed the +120mm rad.

Thanks.

I'm not familiar with that particular CPU but in general undervolting is fine as long as your system is still stable.

To be honest, I think there is something wrong with your water block installation. I think it's worth removing it (most likely won't need to remove tubes), thoroughly clean the mating surfaces, and reapply some good paste. I don't know about the 90 degree rotation, all I can say it follow the EK installation guide exactly. Also, watch some youtube videos on how to correctly apply thermal paste.

The extra Rad will probably make no difference, since it's not your water temperature that's hot. I am using a 360mm rad to cool a CPU (~150W) and GPU(~200W) and under full load the max water temp is only ~15-20degrees above ambient temp with low fan speeds.
