Not able to play any multiplayer game on my new assembled pc

Hey guys I have bought a new gaming pc for myself .All the games are working fine. My problem is that I am not able to play any multiplayer game.First of all I played Counter Strike 1.6 and it says "could not contact master server to retrieve server list" I thought it was a problem with the game.but after that I tries more games like Global Offensive,Injustice gods among us,Call of duty black ops 2,Need for Speed Shift and Gta iv and some other games and I found that I am not able to play any multiplayer game.So please help me and tell me what should i do to resolve this problem
if required here are my system specs:
intel core i5 4460
Asus nvidia geforce gtx 960 4gb strix
gigabyte ga-b85m-d3h motherboard
tp link wn725n wireless adapter

Problem is not within your setup, but router most likely. Check your port blocking settings, probably some bad restrictions on it blocking every port you are trying to access. Also you could try turning QoS on.
