[SOLVED] Not booting

Solution
I found the problem as i was building a different pc for her.. It was a sata cable.. I used one cable from her pc to fit in the new one, then the new one had the same issue, removed that cable and BAM!! Pc works perfectly! So yea. Now her pc is fine again.
Considering that this is a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please include your system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Case:
OS:

I'm assuming that the PSU is incapable of delivering necessary power to the system, when going past the POST screen.

Motherboard: A785GM-AD3
CPU: Phenom II X4 965
SSD: Sandisk 120
HDD: Seagate Baracuda 500
GPU: Saphire RX460
PSU: Huntkey 600W
Ram: 2X corsair VS 4G 1600mhz

Last thing i did was replacing thermal paste on the cpu, but i have to add that the cooler was stuck & the cpu came out the socket & remained stuck to the cooler.

I switched out Ram, CPU & the GPU but the problem remaines.. Or actually it changed now.. Now the pc doesn't even post. It goes on and the green power light on the tower flashes incrementally, with this flashing, the GPU fans spin & stop as it flashes.
