Not booting

I'm trying to test boot my computer and the fan turn on for a sec then go right back off. The mb is a asrock z77e-itx, CPU is i5 3570k, evaga gtx 670 ftw, Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM, psu is antech 550. Anyone have any thoughts?

Is the psu not enough for this? Thanks.

Anyone have any thoughts on what would cause this? Even the psu fan stops right away.

The PSU is probably enough

I went through these and doesn't seem to be helping. The mb instructions aren't much help and there is no little speaker to check beeps with.

Don't know if it matter but the CPU fan shuts off right away then the psu goes a sec later
