Not detecting Hard Drive 2. Please help

Hello, I have a second hard drive. When my parents unpluged my computer it got an error etc etc. My parents used system restore to go back to when I got the computer. So i had my 60gb SSD with windows 7. And i had my 250gb for games (Has a crap load of games on it). So now it wont detect the 2nd drive, can you fix this?

I need this fixxed ASAP!

It may just need a drive letter assigned to it in Windows Disk Management.
