[SOLVED] Not enough headers on Motherboard

Hey guys,

I'm building a PC for the first time and was wondering if I have more fans than fan headers on my motherboard, would it be safer to use this item I found on ebay:

Or use a fan hub (such as the DeepCool FH-04).

By safe I mean, I'm not that good at understanding the wiring part of this and I don't want to accidentally overheat something by plugging too many fans into it.

Motherboard: Asus Prime A320M-K
PSU: Corsair CX 450W
Fans: Corair AF120 (Triple Pack)

A fan adapter like this will work, however, you will have no way to adjust fan speed. The fans will run at full speed all of the time.
