Question Not enough RAM?

I have 16gb of RAM and on boot no matter what it's at 100% for atleast 1 minute. Does this mean I need more ram or like a SSD. I just need things to open faster

What's at 100% ? Ram utilization? With 16GB of ram on startup? Can you show a screenshot?

If your system doesn't have SSD, then certainly get one. No modern pc should be without it.

Yes a SSD made a tremendous difference on my 2013 Toshiba laptop!
