This motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130679&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
was purchased with this case:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007BDJ5SM/?tag=pcpapi-20
and the case doesn't come with enough standoffs for each of the screws and holes in the ATX motherboard. Could I get these to make up for the missing ones?

Are there different types of standoffs I that I need to differentiate, or can I just get any?
Thanks.

Solution
I would contact Thermaltake support and have them send you a free bag of them -- they should have included more than enough. They are all the same size but some use different screw thread size.

The person that has the case (I'm just trying to help her out) says she sees now that there's raised parts where there isn't any standoffs. Is this a thing? Can you have raised spots on the case where you don't need to put standoffs?
Here's a picture of what it looks like, and you can sort of see where the raised parts are.

I'm thinking what I just described is the case, but I just wanted a second opinion to make sure we don't accidentally fry the motherboard.
Thanks.

Sure, lots of cases have build in standoffs in the motherboard tray and then a couple extra loose ones to add if desired. I tend to support my boards with all possible points to minimize flexing since I swap stuff out often.
