Not getting display from my GPU

Hello guys,

I am having a HD 7730 right now and whenever i plug it in the fan spins at full speed but no display via gpu.
On the other hand if i connect the cable to VGA port located on the board then everything works fine.

The GPU works on another system perfectly.
I have tried some other GPUs too but everyone gives the same problem....NO DISPLAY
Previously I remember that my GPU was working and I shutted my PC and again started then I gave me a beep sound and from that day GPUs stopped working on my Mobo INTEL DH61WW !

Is there another PCie slot available? If yes, then try the card in that slot. If not, try RMA-ing the board.
