Not loading past logo

I have an acer es1-511 series with windows 10 installed and it will not go past the acer logo screen. I have tried shutting off and pressing all th"f" buttons and delete. It was working one day then nothing then next. I'm out of ideas and broke. Any ideas?

If it was working, load in Safe Mode. Start from there. Restore to date prior.

I don't know how to get it into safe mode.
