Hi,

Each time I insert a floppy, I get the following
message: "The disk in Drive A is not formatted. Do you
want to reformat it now?".

This happens on each disk, and they work on other PC's.
Any idea what has gone wrong and what I need to do to
repair it?

Your floppy drive may need cleaning or could be out of alignment. Make a DOS
startup disk on one of the other computers and see if you can boot from it.
If not there is a hardware problem. If you can and have no trouble reading
it in DOS there is a problem in XP.
