Ok (Im not Sure if I picked the right Catagory):

So I have a Dell e510 and want to upgrade my GPU to a nVidia Geforce 9800GT Superclocked graphics card from a Geforce 7300LE. And ill need to upgrade my PSU because the PSU that I have in there right now is only a 305 Watter and doesn’t have the right cable anyways (A 6 pin PCI-e). The 9800 GT Superclocked requires 6 pin PCI-e cable and I think at least 400 Watts... So I’m now at a dilemma of what PSU to get that will be compatible to my computer!! So if anyone can help me that would be great!

Yes it will bottleneck my:

Dell Dimension e510
Pentium 4 3.2GHz
1T of Hard Drive space (One 250G and one 750G)
3 Gigs of RAM
(Right Now)Geforce 7300LE
305Watt PSU
24" Monitor (Viewsonic)
Rez: 1920x1080

I believe PCIe 1 and 2 both supply 75W through the slot. There was a rumor that PCIe 2 supplied 150, but I don't believe that's true. The only thing thats different is the doubled bandwidth per lane. PCIe 3 due out soon with the rest of the 3s is supposed to double to 150W. If anyone can prove other, please provide a link so I can update.
