Question Not sure if CPU or Motherboard is bad

Built a new rig at the beginning of March, immediately started having problems. Motherboard would spit out a lot of post codes related to memory, and after some reading I thought I solved the problem - memory I was using isn't on the motherboards official compatibility list. Swapped to a kit that was and stopped getting post codes, but still getting memory related blue screens, and corrupted recordings in OBS which to me indicates a hardware problem.

Ran MemTest86 with both sticks installed and it failed with two errors. Ran it again twice with one stick in the first DIMM slot (once with each stick) and it passed both times, so unless the first test was spurious (which I doubt, but will test again tonight) I've moved on to thinking it's motherboard or CPU related. All of my previous builds have gone perfectly and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this.

EDIT:
CPU: AMD 7950X
CPU Cooler: DeepCoool LS720
Mobo: Asus ROG Strix X670E-E
Memory: Corsair DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB DDR5 64GB (2x32GB) 5200MHz C40 (clocked at 4800MHz in BIOS)
SSD: Samsung 980 PRO 2 TB
GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 4090
PSU: EVGA Supernova 1300GT
Chassis: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo
Monitor: 3x Asus PG348Q
BIOS version 2.22.1284
PSU is brand new as are all other components

Only two error addresses in the test that failed are 0x17828A30C (6018MB) and 0x47909EF88 (18320MB)

Blue screens I've gotten : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, and I think there's one more but my dump files aren't opening right now for some reason.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from the make and model. If you're able to get into BIOS, please see what version you're currently on for your motherboard.

Please state any part that you might've recycled from your older build. If it's the OS drive, did you reinstall the OS after the migration?

If you get ANY failures in memtest, something is wrong.
Are both ram sticks from the same single package sold as a matched kit?
If not, that may be your problem.

Ryzen is sensitive to ram.
You can expect a new motherboard to have bios updates. Often to fix ram compatibility issues.
Is your bios up to date, are there any updates that may address ram compatibility issues?

Is your ram on the motherboard ram QVL supported list?
Or on the Corsair ram selection list?

Both sticks are from the same kit. RAM is on the motherboard RAM supported list. SKU is ‎CMT64GX5M2B5200C40 , supported memory list is here ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI | ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI | Gaming Motherboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG USA (asus.com)

There is a BIOS update, in the meantime will flash and reperform MemTest86 tonight.
