Not Sure What To Upgrade

4 years ago I built a computer that could run ultra on almost all games. Currently, the games I am trying to run are more intensive to run. Games that I currently play are:

CSGO - I play ESEA competitively and would like better frame rates

PUBG - I can run this on low settings without much lag but performing certain tasks like opening a menu causes a lag spike

Arma III - I used to play this a lot but don't any more because I can barely run it

Battlefields (EA) - I used to play these all the time and were my favorite games, but I can't run them without getting lag spikes

Streaming: I know that I don't have the specs to stream but I used to. My RAM caps out and I get terrible lag so I just don't do it any more. I'd love to be able to do it again though.

My current specs:

CPU - i5-4570 @3.2GHz
RAM- 8 GB of mix and match sticks
GPU: GTX 760

I know that I need to get more RAM so I am going to purchase this guy here to replace the 2x2GB sticks that I have now. I am not too sure what to upgrade next. Is it even worth getting a good i7 if my graphics card is on the weaker side? Should I just get a new graphics card or will my processor bottle neck it? I don't have a spending limit because it will be a summer project purchase but I would like something that isn't super expensive. What should I upgrade next?

PS. I am from Canada so I would prefer sites like Newegg and NCIX.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I agree a new GPU would be first on my list, second would be a CPU with 8 threads or more (ie 4C/8T-6C/12T or better if you can afford it). You can still pick up a i7 4790K/4770K for fairly cheap and not have to replace your whole platform. Anyways GPU wise I would aim for a GTX 1060 6GB/RX 560 or better. Problem is prices on those GPUs have shot up because of crypto currency miners (ethereum in particular) have drain the stock so even cards like the GTX 1070 sometime come with a few dollars of a GTX 1080...the 160 will no be as bad clearly but you will still pay a premium right now. If you plan on regular upgrades over the next few months that might be one reason to get a CPU first (if getting a i7 4700 series) over a GPU.

Damn they sure are expensive. So you think that a 1060 would be the solution? I wouldn't have to upgrade anything else?

You will want more threads on the CPU front fairly soon...say the next year or so. Some games bottleneck now with 4C/4T like BF1, especially in 64player games. But it is hardly the only one and games like this will be more common in the future. However it is still worth upgrading your GPU and you will see plenty of performance increase. You just need to know you will need a new CPU in the nearish future all the same.
