I tried to backup and restore my phone using Wondershare MobileTrans before realizing what a scam it is. Is there a way to restore my phone with the .bak file it created?

Why didn't you just use the free Samsung Kies? Actually, a better idea is to use the Samsung Smart Switch... I installed that and it works a lot better.

Unfortunately I didn't know or research enough to find that beforehand. I ended up resetting it, nothing of a lot of value was lost. Thanks!
