Notebook: Black Screen on loading Windows 7

Notebook acer aspire 9420, with Windows 7, which is a few years from time to time on start, after the bios, ready to load the operating system, is a black screen, dead. Resolved only by inserting the DVD of windows and doing repair boot.
Can you tell me what can be dependent and like trying to solve?
(I tested hd and ram, both without errors)

I'd use the Windows DVD and do a full clean install if a repair doesn't work. There is possibly a unresolvable corruption with the OS or the driver cache.

(this problem appened also in the past, with many other installation of the operating system)

If you have done "many other installation of the operating system" without deleting the existing partitions, there are probably multiple hidden boot partitions present, which can seriously affect operation of the OS.

Follow the steps for a CLEAN install, including deleting all the current partitions on the drive and installing to the unallocated space. Windows will create the necessary partitions and format automatically as needed. If you have more than one partition on the drive by intent, I'd back up that data elsewhere until after the installation.
