Nothing outputs from PC

So my PC runs an R9 390 by XFX (Black edition) and it was installed a little over a week ago, all was epic and in working order until today where I needed to install a fan on the case (it needed 3.8 Amps so I installed it direct to PSU)

After the install I go back to plug the PC in, and no display at all.
HDMI out (which is what I used) gives no signal (monitor recognises that a HDMI cable is in but shows nothing) and when I take the GPU out and plug into the boards HDMI out no display either.
DVI ports are something I cant test right now since my VGA to DVI adapter is the DVI dual link, whilst the GPU and Mobo only take DVI-D

The Mobo is a Z87 Fatal1ty Killer and GPU is an i7 4770k, PSU is a V1200W by CM and it was all on W7 64 bit and working fine no less than 5 minutes ago.
All fans are spinning, including the GPU fans and all seems well and sound output through my sound card is fine and I can the logon sound and all
But no display from the GPU or Mobo, even after trying 2 new cables

Have you tried it on a different monitor? Could the rig be stuck on a resolution the monitor does not support? Tried uninstalling the fan(could be an short on that leg)? Could you have, while you where in the case, jostled the CPU power or the GPU power cables?

Trying a different monitor now, and so far same thing, but now you mention it the GPU was set to a supersampling option (4k to 1080p) but it still worked fine.
I just found a random GTX 650, I will see how that goes

Nope still nothing
everything seems to be completely fine, but why isnt anything sending a signal?

Not sure. Try removing the GPU and see if the MB reverts to CPU onboard graphics. Can you get into bios and is that sending anything to the monitor?

I have removed the GPU and tried on board and still nothing, I did that twice now.
I even tried it on the TV in the living room, nothing.

No, I unfortunately am not that resourceful.
I left the PC on in the form it was originally in a few hours ago with everything plugged in and after 10 minutes (just now) I heard 3 error messages through the speakers so maybe is wrong system wise?
i was mainly thinking maybe it was just a driver thing but it appears not

I even tried the MB battery (took it out and put it back in)

I am guessing that something happened with the PS. Coolermaster PS don't have a great rep. When a PS goes It can play merry hell with a system, giving you indications that don't make sense. Start there. Get a Seasonic or another good reputable brand, there is a list on this site. Then start troubleshooting. Hopefully it didn't take out the MB, GPU or CPU.

If it did die on its own then I might pull the warranty on it and then sell the replacement and try to get a seasonic (wanted one but money was a little tight a month a go)
But I dearly hope it didnt damage anything, but if it did, I cannot do anything about other damaged parts can I in terms of warranty or anything right? I'd like to stay positive but I really dont want to spend upwards of 1500 AUD for replacements

My friend works at a good PC shop but he comes back on the 6th of next month so Ill have to take it to him there because I dont have tools to test anything at home.
