Question Nothing shown on desktop after installing graphic drivee

Hi. I have this issue when windows opens, desktop is not showing the icons, only the start bar and clock. In whatever I click to open, it openes on the task bar but nothing showing on. I can't access anything except the start button.
I have reinstalled windows 3 times. Once win 7 and twice windows 10. On windows 7 problem appeared right after i tried to install the graphic driver from the CD. I have reinstalled after win 10 and it took automatically his drivers, but same issue here. Motherboard is MSI
When I tried to connect the pc to a different monitor, everything was working just fine.
Any idea here? I would really apreciate.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
what the monitor? what connection are you using to connect?

I have solved it meanwhile. I have connected through hdmi a second monitor and realized that windows was taking automatically my first monitor as second option. Thank you very much, anyway, for being so prompt and for trying to help.
