Nothing will Load

I have a HP laptop and nothing will load. my internet and Wifi work perfectly and nothing is wrong with it. This has been happening for a while and i just can't use it anymore the laptop says it is connected and I made sure their were no viruses and anything that can be contributing.It will keep freezing no matter ehat and I can't go on the internet. Luckily at one point i was able to uninstall Google chrome since that's what browr i use then rr downloaded and it worked for about 2 days but then kept freezing if I typed anything in search of clicked a bookmark just everything. It comes up saying page unresponsive. I also try to use internet explorer since it came installed with the computer and the same problem with that one also and they can't reach this page even if I typed the word hello. please Help!!!

Can you please try updating the graphics and NIC driver of your computer? Sometimes, such issues can be resolved by doing so.
