Question Novabench score's drastically low

Not sure if I'm posting in the proper section or not. My Novabench score is extremely low, CPU score mostly. here's the link:

CPU temp is around 50 which seems ok.
Tried it in safe mode, still almost the same.
Any help?
It's a dell M731R-5735 laptop.

plugged in as it doesn’t charge the battery, buttery’s connected though.
