Hello so I recently wiped out the contents of my hard drive and I want to install windows xp on it using a bootable pen drive. I used wintoflash to place the xp files into the usb drive. Upon booting up however, the screen showed me this message :

Attempting boot from usb device
NTLDR is missing
Press any key to restart.

Did I do something wrong with putting the OS in the usb? In wintoflash there was something there about choosing a bootloader and I think what was selected there was grub.

Hello the boot order starts with the usb. What other else can I try?

Hello, thank you for helping me! Turns out the windows xp copy i have is corrupted. So I got a new one and made a bootable usb from it and voila the problem is gone! Thank you!
