Ntldr missing

I have built a new comp. with a segate 1.5 tb hard drive its been formatted. Ive tried to install windows 7, xp , and even me. It just keeps saying missing ntldr press contl. alt. delete to restart. C ould someone please help.

Kree It's missing the bit where it needs to boot from CD first to get the installation under way so it's skipping straight to the hard disk. Restart and tap Delete or Function 2 - whatever you need to go into BIOS or Setup. Once there, seek out Boot Order or Sequence and change it to DVD/CD ROM, save the change and exit setup. Watch closely for a line that says "Hit any key to boot from CD" and off you go.
