Hi guys,

First post here.
i've been getting some bluescreens lately (even after a period where i was getting quite some bluescreens and had even sent it back where they checked my laptop (and found nothing)).
I recently got a ntoskrnl.exe bsod (which i thought i had resolved), but last night during usage i got one again, unfortunately. I have a minidump file here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/h1hbjgomqsv2bcj/012721-15015-01.rar?dl=0

some specifics:
AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
One 32GB RAM module

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could take a quick look! :)

Thanks.

Go to the search bar or search icon for windows 10, type event viewer.exe, click enter, click on windows log, click on system log.
Go to the date where you had last crashed, should have a red x that says error, right click on it, click on event properties.

Bring back that info and we can see where the problem might be coming from.
Also tell me the model name and number of the ram, using cpu-z.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/xjr034f44k80fu5/logearlier.PNG?dl=0 <- some other error which might be useful? this one happened a week earlier. (theres more errors, but most of them have just a description such as 'something was wrong with the wifi, or, the laptop has been shut down in some wrong way etc.

is there anything else you need? some info i forgot?

PS. I was wrong about my ram. two slots are being used that both have a 16GB RAM module, combined 32.

My bluescreenview already told me that the address is ntoskrnl.exe+3f5780 tho. The people on that forum seem to be quite confused as well 😕. But thanks regardless. Anyone else here who knows more about this one?
