Hi,
I have allowed ntoskrnl.exe to access the internet on my Sygate firewall but
still get lots of notifications (even though I have clicked the "do not show
this message again box" ) that INCOMING has been blocked!
What is it and do I need to block it?
Any help appreciated.

check here for info about the file

The file ntoskrnl.exe should not be trying to access the internet. It is
possible that you have a virus that has altered the file. Check here for
info and removal instructions
