This could have happend from a malfunction, age or if you spilt some thing on the keyboard. If you have ever got something like crumbs in the keyboard, you may just need to clean the keyboard. You may need to update your Keyboard drivers. If all else fails, your keyboard may be broken, which would require you taking it to a laptop specialist or you can replace it yourself.
