Question Number three key doesen't work on my keyboard (sometimes)

The number three key isn't working on my keyboard. I had already tried upgrading the drivers. It has been this way for a few months, because I thought that the key was just broken. But then I realised that it worked when typing in my pin, it also worked when the Razer Synapse software tried to make me log in, for a few seconds after powering on. I can also use it while holding shift #.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Try another known working keyboard on your computer.

Try your keyboard on another know working computer.

Determine if the number three key problem follows the keyboard or stays with your PC.

Hi,
I have tested my keyboard out on my brothers PC and it works fine. I haven't changed anything in my PC before I noticed the issue. My full system specs are:

GTX1660 ti
Ryzen 5 2600X with Wraith cooler
B450M Pro4-F
16gb 3200Mhz Vengeance ram
Thermaltake H17
1tb Samsung SSD

Edit: I am using the latest version of Windows 10.
