Its a new card that is ment to perform between a 7600GS and a 7600GT, built on a 80nm process. Do a google, theres plenty of info there.

i worked on a medion with a pentium d and a nvidia (get this) 6650 video card - i was at first like WTF but then again it was medion branded everything so its like dell - expect anything because its OEM not direct to public.

I found the medion pc was of decent quality btw, dunno bout price tho
