Hi.....

I have a Nvidia VGa "8600gt" , 4GB Ram DDR3 Kingston ,Pentium 4 Cpu 3.0 GHZ ,500GB HDD
Motherboard asrock g41m-vs3

windows 8.1.

problem:
Some times when I run my pc it's give a crashes like memory_management I google that problem and try every simple way to fix it but nothing work and sometimes while gaming I got an auto shutdown , so can u tell me what should I do to fix that problem ?? I got a psu (200W) and the my gpu requires 350 watt does that affect on the pc or give it auto shut down and windows crashes ? should I change my psu to 350 w or higher >>> waiting for the answer..

Solution
Yes, you should definitely change your PSU. Thats most likely why your PC is crashing. The PSU is not powerful enough. I would go for a 450w -600w power supply just for future purposes if you ever want to upgrade.

Never go for the minimum, though.
