Hi everyone, I have a Lenovo Legion 5i pro which is only a month old. I noticed there was an updated driver for Nvidia through GeForce Experience so I installed it whilst my laptop was plugged into an external monitor and halfway through on the external screen the screen went blank which normally happens just seconds before it installs. Unfortunately it remained on a black screen and my laptop display was frozen as I have screens extended.
I rebooted the laptop and everything was fine, the driver had installed. Just to be safe I uninstalled the driver and re-downloaded GeForce and re-installed the latest driver and it worked perfectly.
Should I be worried? All the tests for the physical parts have passed.
Cheers
