I formatted my PC and downloaded the Nvidia driver specific to the OS and GPU, while installing it. Here are some pictures for reference. Tried updating the OS and still the same problem. Also tried using windows 8 and the problem is the same

GPU: Nvidia GT 730
Processor: i3 - 4150
RAM: 4gb

Someone on the forum mentioned the newest Nvidia drivers require an up to date Windows 10. Looking at yours it seems like a fairly old version. Have you tried updating Windows and then install the Nvidia driver?
yep tried it same thing happened that's why i tried to uninstall the updates and try it on the old version and still the same thing happens. Have also read that GT 730 supports windows 8 and tried using windows 8 but still the same.

that card is relatively simple and the drivers that are current (rtx 2080 - gt 1030) will have no support for it (gt 730). before windows 10 was released the drivers for that card were finalized and included into the windows driver cache.
all the new drivers available on the website are for other OS's/newer cards, as the files you need are built into windows...
that card was released and EOL before windows 10 was released.

for cards that old newer drivers will not change what is already installed. no improvement in forcing the same driver from nvidia.

Tried using windows 8 for it and still the same thing happens tho and before formatting the unit the previous OS was windows 10 with an updated driver. and i dont know why I cant play any games too. updated the pictures by the way

You did not mention what Windows 10 version you updated to, your screen shots show 1511 which as mentioned is very old.
You may want to try an earlier driver, I have a GeoForce GT 640 (same drivers as GT 730) and used the driver 425.31 (third one down) https://www.geforce.com/drivers and it loaded with Windows 10 no problem (however I have the newer 1809 version of Windows 10); make sure you check the "Clean Install" box.

Geoforce
GeoForce 700 series
GeoForce GT 730
Windows 10 64-bit

If that doesn't work, drop down to the earliest driver and see if it works. However, keep in mind as Colif said, even the earliest driver is only 6 months old
