What's better? NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 256-bit or AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 384-bit? NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 has 2GB's of GDDR5 and it's 256-bit, but AMD Radeon HD 7950 has 3GB's of GDDR5 and it's 384-bit. What's better for future? NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 is cheaper in my country.

Solution
I'll try to answer the OP's question:

As to which of the cards are better for the future, it depends on a few factors -

If you are sticking with a one card solution:

I would suggest the 7950 as others have said it has a higher overhead, more RAM, and more importantly the memory bus to handle that RAM.

If you plan to go SLI/Cfire in the future I would go with the GTX 760. Ignoring the reported states of cross-fire drivers as of late, the 760 is more efficient.

Both cards overclocked at 1080p resolutions offer the same gameplay experience but the AMD offering can have higher frames per second.

If you plan to game at higher than 1080p in the future:

No brainer here; go for the 7950 as the RAM etc will help...

No, because Radeon R9 270X gets almost the same frame rates as GeForce GTX 760 for alot lower prize. Radeon R9 270X costs $140, while GeForce GTX 760 costs $180. Main reason why I chosed AMD instead NVIDIA was due to Mantle being released recently, I gained 13 frames per second increase and with 4.5GHz overclock 21 frames per second!
