Nvidia GT 640 DDR5 1 gb or 2gb

Salam to you all,
I wan to run GTA V with low med settings. I am unable to decide on gpu for my pc. here are my pc specs
Gigabyte motherboard GA-m41mt-D3
6 GB DDR3 Ram
C2Quad q9650 3.0 GHZ Processor
500 Watts Power supply with six pin.
My budget is 6000 PKR
i have recently been to market where i can get nvidia GT 640 2gb DDR3, but what i wanna know is if i should by this or in DDR5 which is about 2000 PKR more expensive. I also got the offer with gt 450 DDR5 1 GB edition of Zotac in PKR 7000 and nvidia 9800 GT 1 GB in 3500PKR. please tell me which one should i chose between these cards.

Well all of them won't run gta 5 well at all. Save up a tiny bit more and try to get a gtx 750.

well i am getting GTX 750 2gb edition in 10000 PKR. But will it fit in the board i have mentioned. I have gone through the compatibilites it supports only 600 series and 800 series of nvidia. GTX 660 2gb is also being sold in same price.

well i am getting GTX 750 2gb edition in 10000 PKR. But will it fit in the board i have mentioned. I have gone through the compatibilites it supports only 600 series and 800 series of nvidia. GTX 660 2gb is also being sold in same price.

It's PCIE x16 1.1 on your board. Pci-e is backwards and forwards compatible and the 750 will work without a problem. However the gtx 660ti will be the better choice since it's a bit better (not much but anything helps).

The only card series you need to watch out for is the old amd radeon hd 6000 and the new nvidia gtx 1000 series as these do sometimes have issues with older boards.
