Hi!

A few days ago I got a new video card. I had no problem until I tried to play GTA 4: Episodes from Liberty City. After playing a few seconds "the blue screen of death" appears and the computer restarts. I downloaded the program "Who Crashed" and I get these errors:

Video: Nvidia GT430 1gb (the drivers are updated)

I see the message refers to Windows 2000. Are you running Windows 2000?

Did you download the current driver from nVidia's web site or just use the one that came with the video card?
What is your OS and did you get the proper driver for it?

I suggest first trying to reinstall the driver by downloading the latest from nVidia's website, then removing your old driver, shutting down computer, opening computer and checking that card is well seated, restarting, and loading the new driver.

For more information about driver installation, and detailed instructions about installing a video card (to make sure you missed no steps) I suggest looking at:

http://www.upgradevideocards.com/install.html

When opening your PC case, make sure you take all the regular precautions regarding disconnecting the power, ESD precautions, and other as explained on the website linked above.

My OS is: Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3 32-bit

I have the latest drivers from Nvidia website.

A few minutes ago when I was playing Left 4 dead 2 I get this error message:

"Engine Error: Internal driver error at Present.
You're likely out of OS Paged Pool Memory!
