Question NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti Error code 43, Help

In the attached SS Device manager's and Intel site and GPU-z reports.


I am encountering the ERROR code 43 here. and I can assure you it's not because of the ENERGY saver mode or so, But a whole new ANOTHER level of the problem, I'll attach SS for refs.

I am facing Error code 43, did DDU used old drivers checked in other OS too, Windows fresh installs too, but same ERROR CODE 43.
and moreover, it's not detected in GPU-Z too.
