nVidia nView-How to set display for games?

I'm just curious, I haven't tried anything at all yet, but I'm wondering if I have 2 monitors connected to my PC, how can I set it so that when I open up say. . .Final Fantasy XI, it will open up on my primary monitor, and leave my Secondary monitor w/ the Desktop up, so that I could browse the web or something on that monitor while playing the game on the other monitor? is that doable, or. .? (If I minimize FFXI, it kicks me from the game, so has to be some overall setting for when I start up the game)

Bump--Is this even POSSIBLE with these cards? I'm kinda guessing not, as It may mess up, trying to use the mouse on the other monitor. .but. .what are the extents to what I can do?
