Question Nvidia Quadro K600 error 43 and no VRAM ?

Hello everyone, so I bought a used Nvidia Quadro K600 online. But when it came it didn't work properly. When I installed it in the PC it is giving display, but when i installed the drivers it says error code 43 in driver properties. When I opened GPU-Z it shows unidentified memory but identifies the GPU. In DXDIAG it shows 0mb dedicated memory. The driver is installed with error but there is no vram. Please help me.

intel DH16WW motherboard
intel i5 2nd gen
8gb ram

What is the make, model and age of the PSU?

Error code 43 and 0(zero)'s in GPU-AZ would mean that the GPU is dead. You can try and reflash the VBIOS but that doesn't do much. Did you verify that the card was working prior to the purchase?

The PSU is a 300w Delta DPS-300PB-3
I didn't check the GPU before buying it as I bought it online.
