Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

750w psu
750W is the advertised wattage of the PSU. What is the make and model of the PSU and it's age?

What were you working with prior to the RTX3060Ti?

Please help i tried everything
Everything?

uninstalled drivers
How did you do so? Using DDU, then manually reinstalling with the latest drivers off of Nvidia?

Sfc scannow does find anything
Usually doesn't find anything.

Reinstalled windows 10 pro
Where did you source the installer from?

I had a thread on here last year and the solution was to set "prefer maximum performance" in Nvidia control panel. It's something to do with how the 30 series cards handle voltage on certain chipsets. Try setting that option and report back.
