Question Nvidia vBIOS modding tools: anyone ever try them on a 4090?

Would it be possible to get a vBIOS mod for 4090s that allows for more core voltage? Or are shunt mods the only method of doing this?

My 4090 rarely ever hits power or thermal limits, but it nearly always throws Vrel perfcaps.

I ran my 1080ti at 1.2V for years thanks to the XOC vBIOS. Are there any vBIOS that allow for more voltage than 1.1V for 4090s?
