Question nvme drive slow

my nvme drive is running very slow i have Samsung 980 500gb its like reaching 100mbs download how can i reach the max speed
my motherboard is b460-f
i have two nvme ssds

1. 980 500gb
2. 512gb gigabyte

pls helpp!

If your internet connection is 100mbit, then you can't reach higher upload/download speeds than that (even if yous ssd can go faster).

You are using the terms "upload" and "download" Everyone is assuming you mean network traffic. Do you actually mean "read" and "write" to the disk?
If so, how are you measuring the speeds ?

Im using the windows thing that pop out when u transfer files when its showing the speed its start from like 900mbs and its going down to 100mbs and styas there

Yes but what are you transferring to? If you are transferring files to a slower HDD, that is what happens.

he says that your m.2 ports are not as fast as you think they are. you will most likely need to changes some BIOS settings

install the samsung and gigabyte ssd tool?
