I'm not very good with laptops/computers etc.. so I'm sorry if I'm not very good at explaining.
I got a 2TB NVME m.2 for Christmas my partner installed it for me into my laptop, it worked fine, no issues. Fast forward a week or two he went on the laptop the NVME is no longer showing up, not on the file explorer, not in the storage settings or in the bios, it's just not showing up at all. although when he puts the NVME we had before into the laptop it shows up, no issues. It's also not the NVME which isn't working as it shows up in the desktop with no issues. So my partner doesn't know what to do? Any tips would be appreciated.
