I have 970evo 250gb on the up slot, win10 running with it.

I want to buy 970evoplus 1tb, does that work full speed with the down slot ? Also if ı want,can ı run win10 on the down slot?

I also have a 2.5 inch ssd, which port can ı use when 2 m.2 slots are running.
(Also can my mobo support 3rd nvme from the second graphics card slot?) Thx

Yes both ports support same speeds. Check MB manual for SATA ports disabled while using M.2.
