[SOLVED] NVME Support on GIGABYTE b450m Gaming

I have GIGABYTE b450m Gaming with Ryzen 2200G, can i install NVME SSD on it??

It is said on the gigabyte website that the M.2 connector Supports only M.2 SATA SSDs when using an AMD Athlon™-series/ 7th Gen. A-series or Athlon™ X4 APU

Is my ryzen 2200G also considered as these series cpus or i'll be fine? (sorry, but i just want to make sure)

what that means is if you have one of those cpu's then it will only work with a sata nvme and not a pcie nvme drive.

if you have any other cpu then it will work with either a sata or pcie m.2 drive. you're good to go for either type of m.2 drive you wish to use
