NZXT G12 compatiblity

Basically I picked up an H60 for free brand new with Best Buy rewards. Mainly to use with the NZXT G12 on my gtx 1080. Now the bracket arrives Sunday, and I’m reading that there not compatible with each other. But I’ve read on forums and some YouTube videos that people are using this set up. I need some clarification here.

According to the specs of NZXT Kraken G12, it isn't compatible with Corsair H60,

Though, to know for sure, you need to test it out by yourself.
I too have had some compatibility questions regarding what specs page says. E.g in specs page of Corsair 760T, it's stated that this case supports 2x 140mm fans on the top while in reality, i managed to install 3x 140mm fans at the top with ease. Same goes for Corsair 750D.

G12 is compatible with most ASETEK made crap coolers.
H60 is made by id-cooling and can not be "compatible".

Well I have an H115i that’s on my 6700k that I picked up for $50. It was nice when I clocked it to 4.8 but since I dropped it to 4.5 @ 1.25V I could probably just throw the H60 on my cpu and run my h115i on the gpu because it’s asetek
