Question NZXT H500 Top case fan problem

Hi, I just completed my first build and the top fan of my case twitches upon boot but doesn't spin after that. the connections are good and the other fans are working perfectly, and I've tried plugging the faulty fan into the other slots too with no results.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600X
16GB DDR4 3000 ram
RTX 2060 super
550W Corsair PSU
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Pro4

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

If you tried plugging this fan into one of the power sources that the other fans work with.....and this fan doesn't work....I'd have to say it's the fan itself that's the problem.

Hmm seems like it. I'll try replacing it with another standard fan, thanks a lot
