Objects rendering very slowly in Gaming.

Hey guys, I have been experiencing objects rendering in very slowly, I could be 2 meters in font of the object and it wouldn't have loaded in, this happens in every game I play and don't know why. Is there a setting I need to turn on in game or something or is it hardware related?

R9 390
16 GB ram
Windows 8.1
Intel I7-3770@ 3.4Ghz

Nope, ended up getting the MSI GTX 1070 and haven't had the problem with this card
