how far do u think a leadtek gf4ti4400 will go . i went upto 300/600 and got a measly 70 points boost. is this correct for a 1ghz rig with 384mb sdram

thats normal, your cpu is the limiting factor here u see.

My peltier is so powerful I get Bose-Einstein Condensate beneath it 😱 .
